Privacy notice
This notice explains how POISE AB handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. It covers the marketing website only; data processing within the LevelSync service itself is governed by the service agreement and data-processing terms between POISE AB and each customer.
Who is responsible
POISE AB, Brunnsgatan 9, 172 68 Sundbyberg, Sweden (VAT SE556773092301) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. For privacy matters, email info@poise.se, use the contact form, or write to the address above.
What we collect, and why
Contact and trial forms
When you submit a form we process the details you provide: name, work email address, organisation, optionally a phone number, and your message. We use this to respond to your request and manage the resulting business dialogue. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or, where that does not apply, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed to us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through an EU-based transactional email provider under our control, and a delivery log is kept on our server as a backup. We do not add you to any marketing list based on a form submission.
Technical server logs
Our web server records standard access logs (requested page, timestamp, IP address, browser identifier) for security monitoring and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest in operating the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept short-term and are not used to profile visitors.
What we deliberately do not do
- No visitor analytics, advertising trackers or behavioural profiling.
- No cookies or browser storage for tracking — see the cookie statement.
- No fonts, scripts, images or other assets loaded from third-party services.
- No sale or sharing of your data for marketing.
Recipients
Form data is received and handled by POISE staff in Sweden. Our infrastructure suppliers (hosting and email delivery within the EU) process data on our behalf as processors under data-processing agreements. We do not transfer website data outside the EU/EEA.
Retention
Form submissions and the resulting correspondence are deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a business relationship (and its own agreement) has been established. Web server access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days, unless a specific security investigation requires a longer, documented hold.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing (including an absolute right to object to direct marketing), and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, email info@poise.se or use the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Providing data
Providing data through our forms is voluntary. The required fields exist only so that we can answer you; if you prefer not to use the form, you can contact us by phone or post using the details on the contact page.
No automated decision-making
This website makes no automated decisions and performs no profiling.
Changes
If we change how this website processes personal data, this notice is updated and the effective date above changes. Material changes will be noted here explicitly.
